Far exceeded all of my expectations. In my opinion five stars is not a high enough rating so my rating is Nine Stars.I had previously used a variety of dome tweeters in the $30 to $60 range along with exotic components in the tweeter crossovers. But I was never satisfied with their sound. And looking at comments on the Zaph Audio site, it seemed that dome tweeters which cost a lot more than $60 test only a little better than the $60 SB29RDCN for example. I also have the usual audiophile aversion to horn tweeters, but wave guides have been getting good press recently from some pretty sane people. The SEOS design has the best looking response curves, so I took the plunge. When the items arrived I quickly assembled them and connected them through a third order high pass crossover at 2400 Hz. The sound stage depth and detail I was previously seeking was right there, even without cranking up the loudness. Of course I was suspicious that the SEOS-12 might honk or shout or bleep at higher levels. Negative. Nope. None. At louder levels than I will ever need in my living room, they seamlessly match the dynamics and smoothness of the rest of my system which uses four Peerless HDS drivers per side and a Rythmik sub woofer below 60 Hz. I enjoy a variety of music genres, but I occasionally like to demo my system with an SACD recording of dramatic orchestral music. Now something is wrong if people don't jump.In summary, the SEOS-12 and a well-matched compression driver add up to a true Giant Killer. You will probably learn to like their looks. But you may have to hide them in a pair of small cabinets to please your significant other. The SEOS-12 wave guides are very easily worth it.Cheers,Charlie

Great, Smooth, consistent at any angle. This horn sounds great at any horizontal or vertical angle within it's range. Solidly built. If placed near a corner, you would only need this one horn for the entire room.

Excellent waveguide with smooth frequency response and controlled directivity above 1200 Hz. Very good build quality.
